The Top Billing Entertainment Student Journey: From Toddlers to Lifelong Performers

At Top Billing Entertainment, we guide students of all ages through a structured, inspiring journey in the performing arts—starting as early as age 2 and continuing through adulthood. Each stage builds on the next, nurturing skills in dance, voice, acting, and instruments while building confidence, creativity, and joy.


🎭 Stage 1: Early Exploration (Ages 2–6)

Aspiring Performers (Ages 2–4)

Classes:

  • Baby Ballet & Tap

  • Recreation Group Classes

  • Tiny Top Classes

  • Musical Theater Performance Class 1

Focus:
Introducing rhythm, basic dance steps, singing exercises, and fun acting games. Kids also explore musical instruments through play-based activities.

Performance Opportunities:
Informal studio showcases and seasonal recitals.

Goal:
Inspire a love of the performing arts in a playful, supportive environment.


Emerging Talent (Ages 4–6)

Classes:

  • Level 1 Group Classes (especially Ballet & Tap)

  • Full Musical Theater Productions

  • Acting & Improv (as reading skills develop)

  • Recreation Group Classes

Private Lessons:

  • Voice

  • Piano

  • Violin

Focus:
Begin developing skills across all disciplines with creative expression as a core value.

Performance Opportunities:
End-of-season musicals, studio recitals.

Goal:
Foster early confidence, creativity, and a strong performing arts foundation.


🌈 Stage 2: Skill Development (Ages 7–10)

Aspiring Stars (Ages 7–8)

Classes:

  • Musical Theater

  • Level 1 Dance in all styles

  • On-Camera Acting

  • Beginner Acting

  • Group Instrument Classes

  • Prep Team in Showstoppers Competition Team

Private Lessons:

  • Voice, Piano, Violin, Viola, Cello, Bass

  • Guitar, Ukulele, Drums

Focus:
Strengthen foundational skills with more structure and performance awareness.

Performance Opportunities:
Recitals, group showcases, summer camp productions.

Goal:
Encourage discipline, collaboration, and expressive performance.


Breakout Artists (Ages 9–10)

Classes:

  • Intermediate Musical Theater

  • Jazz & Hip Hop Dance

  • Acting & Improv

  • Group Instrument Classes

  • Intermediate or Prep Competition Team

Private Lessons:

  • Voice, Piano, Violin, Viola, Cello, Bass

  • Guitar, Ukulele, Drums

Focus:
Boost technique across disciplines and introduce integrated performance skills.

Performance Opportunities:
Recitals, ensemble performances, musicals.

Goal:
Build confidence on stage and deepen teamwork.


🎬 Stage 3: Intermediate Training (Ages 11–13)

Flourishing Stars (Ages 11–12)

Classes:

  • Advanced Musical Theater

  • Contemporary, Improv & Hip Hop Dance

  • Advanced Acting Techniques

  • Songwriting & Recording

  • Musical Theater Performance 2

  • Instrumental Ensemble

  • Junior Summer Camp Counselors

  • Intermediate Showstoppers Team

Private Lessons:

  • Add 2nd instrument (usually piano or guitar)

Focus:
Elevate technique and artistry across singing, acting, dancing, and music.

Performance Opportunities:
Full-scale musicals, competitions, studio recitals.

Rising Legends (Ages 12–13)

  • Musical Theater

  • All Styles of Dance

  • Voice/instrument repertoire for auditions

Leading Artists (Ages 14–15)

  • Advanced Musical Theater

Private Lessons:

  • Repertoire for auditions/scholarships

  • Singers: At least 3 languages

  • Instrumentalists: 3 styles

Focus:
Refine technique and prepare for high-level auditions and roles.

Performance Opportunities:

Build a performance portfolio and open doors to professional paths.


Premier Performers (Ages 16–18)

Classes:

  • Pre-Professional Musical Theater

  • Elite Showstoppers Team

  • College/scholarship prep repertoire

  • Singers: 4+ languages

  • All Styles of Dance & Acting
