Our Commitment To You

At Top Billing Entertainment Performance Academy, we are committed to providing programs and services reinforcing the principle “every performer gets top billing.”
As the area’s leading non-profit performing arts education organization, we believe each TBEPA student has the right to:
  • Expect high quality performance education experiences.
  • A welcoming atmosphere at all TBEPA studio locations and performances.
  • Clean and safe spaces.
  • Assistance from all TBEPA Studio staff and work-study with any questions or concerns about classes or purchases.
  • Access to all TBEPA rules and regulations.
  • To be heard fairly and receive quick and reasonable responses regarding questions and concerns.

Group Class Tuition Fees

Group Class Tuition Rates Per Person:
  • Yearly Registration Fee $35 (based on school calendar year August-July)
  • One Hour Class $17
  • 45 Minute Class $15
  • 30 Minute Class $14
  • Drop In Class Additional $5
Unlimited 4 Weeks (starts the first day class is taken) $369
Add an Additional Family Member to Unlimited 4 Week Rate (must begin in the same week as family member) $209

All group class payments expire on the last day of the semester and do not carry over to the next semester.

Private Lessons

We offer private music lessons in voice, piano, guitar, ukulele, bass, drums, strings and most school band instruments for all ages and abilities and in all musical styles as well as private acting and dance classes. Rates vary by instructor. 
  • 30 minute lessons $35-$55
  • 60 minute lessons $65-$95

We are closed the following holidays:

  • Labor Day
  • Halloween
  • Thanksgiving Weekend (Wednesday – Sunday)
  • Christmas Holiday Break (Third week of December through second week of January)
  • President’s Day
  • Easter
  • Memorial Day
  • All Academy Recitals & Top of the Tops
  • 4th of July

Group Class Absence & Makeup Policy

If you miss a group class you have the option to make it up by attending another class of the same age group/ability within that month. Fees are applied to accounts on the 1st of the month and will not be prorated for absences in the previous month.
Missed group classes expire at the end of each semester and cannot be used for future semester. Fall Semester is August-December, Spring Semester is January-June, Summer Semester is June-August.
4–6 week intensive classes classes have no makeups. Be there or be square!
Littles Ballet & Tap on Saturday Mornings can attend any Pre-School 45 Minute Dance Class as a makeup.

Payments

Book Your Free Trial Class

Get to know our amazing performing arts school with a free dance, acting, singing or music lesson.

Group classes (Show & Team Tuitions) are charged on the 1st of each month for the upcoming month.

Private lesson are charged weekly.

Late fees begin 7 days after the fee has been added to the account. Autopay is run each Monday.

If you see an errors in your DSP account please email [email protected] and we will correct it within 24 hours, we are not perfect but we do strive to correct an errors quickly!

We are committed to keeping our programs accessible, sustainable, and high-quality. We will be strictly enforcing the following policy beginning January 1, 2026:

– All outstanding balances must be paid in full each month in order for students to continue receiving services (classes, lessons, rehearsals, shows, etc.).

– If you are on a payment plan, that plan must be followed as agreed.

– Failure to follow a payment plan or clear outstanding balances will result in a student being removed from classes or upcoming shows/performances/competitions until the account is brought current.

– If you pay through a charter school or similar program, please make sure to track your student’s funds independently and only pay the remaining balances not covered by the school. Charter payments often take extra time to process, so staying aware of your available funding is crucial to keeping your account in good standing.
