Elizabeth has been involved in the performing arts from a young age, with extensive training and performance experience in dance, music, and theatre. From a young age, she performed in numerous musical productions, where she developed her skills as a versatile performer trained in ballet, modern, jazz, tap, and musical theater.

Beyond her time on stage, Elizabeth is committed to supporting the people and processes that bring artistic visions to life. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Dance Science from California State University, Long Beach, and is currently completing her graduate studies at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.

Her professional background includes teaching ballet, costume production, and research. She brings a thoughtful, holistic perspective to her work, emphasizing the importance of well-being and safety for performers. Elizabeth genuinely enjoys creating supportive, organized environments where artists and staff alike can do their best work.
