COVID-19 Update As of March 24, 2020
Given the recent events concerning the Coronavirus, we understand the measures being taken throughout LA county to fight this pandemic. We want to assure you that the health of each student is something we hold in high regard. With that being said, the Academy will currently be closed March 16-May 15.
Usually when the Academy is closed in the summer or for winter break, we have funds put aside for our bills, unfortunately that is not the case this time. It would be most helpful to our Top Billing staff if you could continue lessons or classes online if possible.
For Glendora City Classes: As of March 14, 2020, all Glendora City facilities will be closed and all activities/classes will be cancelled until May 15, 2020. This includes indoor, outdoor, and off-site programs. Any questions regarding refunds/credits/prorating fees, please email the Community Services Department at email@example.com.
For Private Lessons: teachers are available online, are willing to come to your house, or you are welcome to come to the Academy. We have been wiping down the doors and common surfaces repeatedly during the day and you are welcome to do as your family sees fit. Please touch base with your teacher and create a game plan. If you chose to refrain from lessons during this time, we will credit your payments to next month, but cannot issue refunds. If you are on autopay, please email if you would like to pause the payments.
For High School Musical: We will email you details on the Monday Minder. We are planning to resume rehearsals at the Academy when we can. The show is still on. If the situation worsens we will postpone the show to a later date, but it will not be cancelled.
For All Group Classes: all the teachers will be uploading videos of the recital routines for you to practice. If you would like to schedule time with your teacher one on one to work on any skills, I know they would like that. Private lessons are $30/half hour. Currently we are still on track for the recital on June 13. We will credit your payments to next month, but cannot issue refunds. If you are on autopay, please email if you would like to pause the payments.
For Dance Team: we are waiting to hear if March KAR is cancelled and will discuss more on the Band app. Hall of Fame in April is cancelled. Please check band for updates regarding any rehearsals, comp refunds, etc. The yard sale fundraiser has been postponed.
For Party Princess Performers: most of your gigs have been cancelled. I will notify you as soon as the clients notify me.
For Costume and Set Rentals: please let us know if your show is rescheduled and we will do our best to get you the items you wanted. If your production is completely cancelled we will issue you a refund. Please contact for details.
It is very important that you continue to rehearse on your own during this period. We will be available via Zoom, Google Hangouts, Facebook Video Chat, and FaceTime.
We are going to create some different online performing competitions and activities to keep the kids practicing and working on new skills. Stay tuned to our social media for more details. We are looking forward to seeing some fun videos from the kids. Email for the login info. for the classes below.
